SCHEDULING POLICY

A credit card is required to be placed on file to complete the booking process for your appointment. The credit card on file will not be charged to book your appointment, but will remain on file in the event of an infraction of our 24 Hour Policy listed below:

24 HOUR POLICY

Youthful Solutions MediSpa has a 24 hour advanced notification policy which exists out of respect for our clients and staff schedules, therefore less than a 24 hour notice for the listed reasons below will result in a non-refundable charge to the credit card you placed on file.

 $35 for Tues – Friday

$50 for Saturday

  • Cancellations
  • No-Shows
  • Rescheduling
  • Changing

LATE POLICY

Youthful Solutions MediSpa has a 15 minute Late Policy which exists out of respect for clients and staff schedules, therefore if you arrive 15 minutes past the appointment scheduled time, you may be required to reschedule to another date and time.

PRIVACY POLICY
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

We may directly or indirectly collect information that identifies or relates to you, which includes, without limitation:

CONTACT AND DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION:

Information on how to contact you, such as your name, e-mail address, mobile or other phone number, mailing address and zip code, which you may provide to us when, for example, you schedule appointment, have questions about your account, or when you subscribe to our mailing lists. This may also include certain demographic information such as date of birth, age and gender.

TRANSACTION INFORMATION:
Information related to your purchase(s) of goods and/or services through Youthful Solutions MediSpa, such as your credit/debit card information, billing address, the goods and services purchased, and other related transaction information.

USAGE INFORMATION:
Information about your Internet connection, browser, or computer/device, IP address or device ID, and information on how you use and interact with the Youthful Solutions MediSpa, such as pages or features you access.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD PARTY APPS:

If you link your social media profiles and accounts to Youthful Solutions MediSpa, or otherwise interact with Youthful Solutions MediSpa through social media networks (e.g., by clicking a Facebook “like” button), information may be made available to, and collected by, Youthful Solutions MediSpa through those social media profiles and accounts. Furthermore, if you elect to connect any third-party apps (e.g., Brilliant Distinctions, Aspire) to Youthful Solutions MediSpa in order to utilize certain features and functionalities, we may collect information about you from such Third Party Apps.

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
Ideal Protein and BioTe Products:

We will be happy to exchange Ideal Protein and Biote products, as set out below.  If you wish to exchange an item, you must do so within 10 days of the purchase of the product. There are NO REFUNDS for any products, only exchanges.
Exchanges:

  • All exchanged products must be accompanied by a valid receipt within 10 days of purchase.
  • All exchanged products must be clean, undamaged and unopened.
  • If individual packages have a nutritional label on the back or boxes are unopened, they may be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value. However, if the boxes have been opened and there are no nutritional labels on the individual packages, they can only be exchanged for the products in the ‘trade out bin’.
  • No expired products will be exchanged.
  • Ideal Weight and Skin reserves the right to accept or deny product that the client requests to be exchanged.

ZO, Skin Medica, Skinbetter, Revision, and Elta MD Skin Care Products: If you are not completely satisfied with the skin care products for any reason, we offer a 10-day exchange for any other product, of equal or lesser value, with a valid receipt. We have 25+ products, so if something is not working, we encourage you to try another product.  We allow 2 individual product exchanges within 365 days. We will refund any UNOPENED products within 72 hours of purchase with a valid receipt. If a credit card was used, then the credit will be given back to the credit card that was used to purchase it.

Medical Aesthetics Services:  In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been used even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit (not a refund) for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at paid discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered at Youthful Solutions MediSpa. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment.

Care Credit: The credit available is intended for services at Youthful Solutions MediSpa + Wellness Center.

We pay for the zero-financing part of the promo offered to all of our clients. We will review on a case by case any refund request.
